This class is taught in English, no translator.

You are expected to be in healthy condition, and you should not take the class if you have any kind of infection or mental disorder. Please contact us beforehand if you are not sure.

  • Day 1 starts at 10:00am. Please check in the day before. Or you can fly into Okinawa a night before, stay a night in Naha, and take a morning bus to Ginoza.
  • Facility Fee includes 6 x lunch and 5 x dinner during the class.
  • Lodging fee is for 5 nights. The lodge is within 5 minute walk from the spa. You will share the house with your classmates. Basic kitchen, laundry, and Futon beddings. Extra lodging is JPY4000 per night. If you want to have a room by yourself, add JPY1000 per night. Ask for availability.
  • The last day finishes by 12:00 noon. If you want to receive a session from the instructor, it is possible that you can’t get a slot during the class and this afternoon on the last day can be your only opportunity. Please try to book the latest flight home if possible.
  • Hold a place with a deposit of JPY30000. The deposit is non-refundable. Upon your enrollment, we’ll send you an invoice for the deposit. It’s an email from PayPal with a link to the online payment. You can pay by your credit card. (We are paying PayPal to use their online payment page, so you are free to use it and you don’t have to have PayPal account.)
    You can pay the rest by cash when you get here. We accept Japanese Yen and US Dollars only.

Our 10th Anniversary Celebration

We are happy to announce that Okinawa Watsu Center has had the 10th anniversary. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for studying Watsu and supporting Watsu for all these years.
We are holding the celebration party on January 29, a day before this class. Please come 1 day before your class and and join us to celebrate Watsu with BBQ lunch and lots of prizes. There will be Watsuers in Japan too. Watsu pool will be open all day for you to exchange sessions. Cameron’s sessions will also be available.
We will announce more details in facebook. And we will contact you about the party and Cameron’s session when you sign up for the class. Stay tuned!

What to bring
  • Swimsuit
    If you wear swim shirt, half sleeve is recommended.
  • Swim towel
    Bath towels are available at the spa and at the lodging. But we get in and out of the pool so many times!
  • Beach sandals
    The floor around the pool is slippery on bare foot.
  • Spray Bottle for our recipe of chlorine neutralizer.
  • Thermo mug and your favorite tea bags
  • Anything specific that you always like to have for breakfast
  • Skincare products

We are located in Ginoza, a very rural village where the firming and fishing is the main industry. There is a convenient store in the village where we can stop by anytime at the end of the day. We’ll take you to a grocery store in the neighbor town on Day 1 for your breakfasts and other groceries for the week.
